Index 2022 - IP Nexia

IPNexia has always tried to provide the best and most reliable telecom service possible, especially during this worldwide pandemic.

However, as you surely have noticed, the various price indices have been adjusted, as they are each beginning of the year. The price consumer index has increased to 7,5% at the end of January (Statbel).

IPNexia has been impacted by those different price increases, mainly:

• Increase in energy prices (gas +100%, electricity +35%…)
• Wages indexation, 3,58%
• Transport costs (fuel price increase)
• Increase in IT and other hardware costs
• Price indexation for IPNexia at our providers

This is why, for the first time, and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, https://www.ipnexia.lu/files/IPNexia-Luxembourg-GTC-2021_EN-v1.1.pdf article 4.8., IPNexia will index it’s prices based on the Consumer Price Index.

Even though the consumer price index has increase to 7,5% in January, IPNexia has tried to limit the impact on its customers as low as possible.

Therefore, the indexation will represent an increase of 1,9 % over your previous prices.

This adaptation will apply as from 1 March 2022 to all your subscriptions. This will not impact our VoIP communication tariffs (Pay as you use).

IPNexia s’est toujours efforcé de fournir le meilleur et le plus fiable des services de télécommunications possibles, surtout en cette période de pandémie mondiale.

• Indexation des salaires, 3,58%
• Coûts de transport (augmentation du prix du carburant)
• Augmentation des coûts de l’informatique et des autres matériels
• Indexation des prix d’IPNexia chez nos fournisseurs

C’est pourquoi, pour la première fois, et conformément à nos conditions générales, https://www.ipnexia.lu/files/IPNexia-Luxembourg-GTC-2021_EN-v1.1.pdf article 4.8., IPNexia indexera ses prix sur base de l’indice des prix à la consommation.

Bien que l’indice des prix à la consommation ait augmenté de 7,5% en janvier, IPNexia a essayé de limiter au maximum l’impact sur ses clients.

Par conséquent, l’indexation représentera une augmentation de 1,9 % par rapport à vos prix précédents.

Cette adaptation s’appliquera à partir du 1er mars 2022 à tous vos abonnements. Cette adaptation n’aura pas d’impact sur nos tarifs de communication VoIP (Pay as you use).
